Terms and Conditions

By participating in the in-home Ayurvedic cooking class provided by Kreem Shakti, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Scope of Services *

This in-home cooking class aims to provide education and guidance on Ayurvedic cooking principles, techniques, and recipes tailored to the participant's needs and preferences.

Cancellations *

I understand this cancellation policy and am willing to financially compensate Kreem Shakti per the policy below.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, please notify us at least 4 days (96 hours) before the scheduled date. This is an extended amount of time due to the amount of time we put into this lesson. If cancelled within 4 days of the scheduled lesson, participant will be financially responsible for lesson cost as well as any additional costs incurred by Kreem Shakti. This can include but is not limited to groceries purchased, and a premium hourly rate for all time spent preparing for this lesson.

Participant's Venue *

Participants are responsible for providing a clean and suitable kitchen space for the cooking class. A premium charge will be billed if the kitchen is not clean and ready for cooking.

If you are unsure if your space is suitable for this class, please contact me for further conversation.

Grocery Reimbursement *

A grocery receipt will be provided at the beginning of the lesson, to be paid immediately.

Payment is to be made via Square.

Ingredients To Purchase *

Participant is responsible for purchasing and having all ingredients ready before the class start time.

An ingredient list will be provided to you at least 72 hours before our class.

Supplementary Travel Charge *

A supplementary charge will apply for lessons scheduled outside a 5-mile radius from El Cerrito.

Assumption of Risk *

Participants acknowledge that participation in the cooking class involves inherent risks, including but not limited to cuts, burns, and allergic reactions.

Liability *

Participants agree to release Kreem Shakti from any liability for injuries or damages resulting from their participation in the cooking class.

Governing Law *

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.

Disclosure *

I have discloses all food allergies, dietary restrictions, or health conditions that may impact this cooking class.
