In the world of yoga, you may have encountered the term dosha in conversation or in class. Have you ever wondered what it really means?
If so, this series is for you! Together, we’ll dive into the three doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. You’ll learn what these energies represent, how they manifest within our bodies, and how they influence the foods we eat and the world around us.
Why does this matter? Understanding and balancing our doshas is key to achieving a state of optimal well-being, vitality, and longevity. When our doshas are in harmony, we experience enhanced immunity, clarity, and resilience.
While you’re welcome to attend any session individually, we recommend joining us for all three, as each class will build on the last. At Kreem Shakti & Breathing Room, we’re here to empower you with knowledge to nurture and care for yourself on a deeper level.
