Ingredients:

Clove:

    My daughter gave me the Ayurvedic Chai Blend as a gift because she knows I like Chai Tea.
    This blend is absolutely fantastic. I make a cup of my favorite black tea – English Breakfast,
    add a tablespoon of honey and let it dissolve. Then I add some hot milk and the spices.
    It is now my afternoon routine. My husband also loves it.
    Much better than pre-made Chai drinks and you can control the sugar content,
    try different teas, and adjust the amount of milk you want to add.
    If you want to avoid caffeine, just use caffeine-free tea.
    If you like Chai tea, definitely give it a try.
