This blend combines the bright and zesty qualities of Lemon Balm, Orange Peel, Ginger, and Black Pepper to awaken your senses and support your body’s natural energy flow.

Ingredients:

Lemon Balm:

Lemon Balm eases discomfort from indigestion, calms the nervous system and anxiety, and helps alleviate heaviness in the heart area, supporting emotional well-being and healthy eating habits.

Orange Peel:

Orange Peel is packed with antioxidants, boosting the immune system, enhancing digestion, aiding with insulin resistance, and promoting restful sleep.

Ginger:

Ginger, often called “the universal medicine,” is renowned for its ability to stimulate digestion, remove mucus, support the respiratory system, and alleviate nausea.

Black Pepper:

Black Pepper energizes the digestive fire (Agni), offers cleansing and antioxidant properties, enhances nutrient absorption, and supports respiratory health and joint function.

Instructions:

Brew a cup of Kapha Tea Blend by steeping 1 tablespoon in 1.5 cups hot water for 5-7 minutes. Reduce to 1 cup. Sip slowly and feel the warmth and balance that comes from within. Note: You can reuse tea for one more batch.
